Shipping in Australia is never truly free. Someone always pays for it.
When you see Free Shipping, it usually means the business is covering the full cost behind the scenes.
We wish we could do that too. But as a small, independent business, we can only cover part of the shipping fee, and we’re happy to do that as a thank you for supporting our work.
To make things fair and transparent, we’ve introduced our Low-rate Shipping, where your delivery fee will range between $6.99 and $9.99, and sometimes even less.
