Children will match the animals with their correct names and then colour in both the text and the animals.
Some pre-primaries may find this challenging if they can’t read yet. Teachers and parents can encourage them to sound out the words; the first few letter sounds may help them make a good guess.
If the task is too easy, you can challenge the children to draw the matching lines without crossing each other.
